BASKETS AND BLOOMS

Happy Good Friday to those who celebrate!!

Only 2 more days until Easter, so I thought I would do a little "triple threat" project.. he he he... I am featuring a die that was on the clearance rack for a long time.  Baskets and Blooms.  Seriously, this was on the clearance rack for at least a year, and when I went to look today, it was gone!  Geesh... well, I hope some of you grabbed it and for those who didn't and still want to use it for future projects, come on over to project night at my house and use it for FREE!! Okay, the other die I featured is my favorite.. Fancy Favor Box which is CURRENT, ha ha..  and I  distressed everything using our tea stain ink (LOVE THAT STUFF).. it makes everything looks so old :)
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and share this if you like it!

TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING!

These cards feel so "springy" to me!!  So simple and yet so pretty!  These were one of our "Make N Takes" from Leadership in San Antonio.  I don't have the pendant punch (YET), so I just cut my card stock into triangles.  Easy Peasy!  The DSP paper is from our Twitterpated pack in the Spring Mini Catalog and the edges are distressed with our tea stain ink (from the distressing kit).

Here's hoping you have a wonderful first day of spring :)

VINTAGE BUTTERFLY CARD

Good Monday Morning Everyone!

Yesterday, my friends Tasha and Tanya (yes, they are sisters) had me over for a FUN and FUNNY workshop!!  Thank you again girls, that was entirely too much fun!  What a great crew :)

I hope you are all enjoying this "gahgeous weatha" here in New England, although the return of ticks and mosquitos isn't all that fun, is it?  Personally, though, I'll take those over hornets, bees and wasps any day of the week, I am absolutely petrified of those!

ANYHOO... here is today's project, which by the way, went to my workshop hosting friends as a gift for inviting me :)  It uses some of my favorite colors, pool party, crumb cake and soft suede!
