I created this postcard in My Digital Studio using the Everyday Enchantment paper as a background and, of course.. Digital TUESDAYS!! 

Yes, every Tuesday will be something related to DIGITAL crafting.. I can and will find a day of the week for everything, I tell you!  And Tuesdays are the day of the week that Stampin' Up! releases new digital artwork.  What a coincidence (wink,wink).

Digital art is FANTASTIC because it's so versatile.  You don't need our software to purchase it or use it and it's super, let me repeat, SUPER INEXPENSIVE!  It works just like clipart... print it from word or even use it in your scrapbooks!  WHY are you still buying those overpriced cards at the store?????  Just look at today's download for example.  I know tons of you guys that could use these cards ALL THE TIME...especially spring and fall when most of the little's birthday parties are.  I mean, what's it worth to you to NEVER have to go to the store again for a birthday card...Right? This Digital Class teaches you how to use  "My Digital Studio" software and incorporate it into making a Greeting Card.

We will go through all the steps of making a card using the software and how to print it.  We will also have a question and answer period.  Then, we will create two cards using both the software and Stampin' Up embellishments to make it a "hybrid" project which is a faster way to create, especially if you are making something like invitations and have at least 25 or more of the same project to create.

You don't need to have the software to take the class or a laptop!!!!!

I am going to show you on my flat screen tv how to do it all!!  Want to bring a laptop?  SURE!  Want to download a free 30-day trial from my online store? SURE!  Absolutely.. but neither is necessary to take this class!!

ST.PATRICK WAS ITALIAN

No kidding!  St. Patrick was Italian.  This is a funny little digital card I made on My Digital Studio.  I had NO IDEA that St. Patrick was Italian until one of my kids came home from school and told me.  No-one is Irish in my household, so we don't celebrate it.. but we are part Italian, so what does this mean?  Ha ha ha.. To celebrate or not to celebrate, that is the question!

FIRST COMMUNION

So excited to show you this hybrid project today!  My 8 year old is making his First Communion next month and I made his invitations.  I created a project in My Digital Studio and then finished it off by matting it and adding some ribbon and glitter.  I'm really happy with the way it turned out.  I didn't want it to be too sparkly since he's a BOY, but innocent and charming for a First Communion.  What do you think?  Don't forget, I only have 6 seats open for MY DIGITAL STUDIO CLASS this month.  Register to reserve your spot today!

Some MDS Creations...

Sometimes at night, when the kiddos have gone to bed I play around with My Digital Studio on the laptop (especially when the hubby is channel surfing).   I am really creatively challenged at night, doing my best work in the mornings, so I just sit and play or make some scrapbook pages and see what happens.  I admit, it's not very often that I come up with something decent at night, but these two in particular I did happen to like and thought I would share them with you.  Let me know what you think!

Have you seen My Digital Studio yet?  I made these pages in MDS in about 5 minutes.  I love it!  It's so quick, so easy and has TONS of great embellishments to add!  You can make cards, movies, scrapbook pages, calendars, etc. and then share them digitally or print them out.  It's not just for scrapping or card making.  AND.. did you know that you can purchase downloads WITHOUT having MDS?  If there is a particular stamp you like, you can order it, download it and print it.  Use them to customize your blogs or if you feel creatively challenged- simply use their pre-made projects for you.  SO much to do!!
