So, here is yet another reason why I LOVE THIS COMPANY!! Since 2005, Stampin' Up! has been honored to participate in the TODAY Show's Holiday Toy Drive. This year, Stampin' Up! will be donating over $500,000 worth of stamping and paper crafting products to the following organizations. You can catch our CEO, Shelli Gardner on the today show clip here.
Also this year, a little girl named Birklee received the play set through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, when Stampin' Up! granted her wish. Stampin' Up works with the foundation to grant the wish of at least one child every year, on behalf of the demonstrators and in lieu of an annual Christmas card. LOVE IT! And in addition to making an annual contribution to the Ronald McDonald House charities, Stampin' Up was able to raise $60,000 for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF) in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a charity very close to my heart. They do so much to give back and I find it inspiring. It promotes our "Statement of the Heart" which reads:
To love what you do and share what you love as we help others enjoy creativity and worthwhile accomplishments... in this we make a difference.
